Here is another book trailer that I have come across. If I have read the book, I will let you know my opinion.
Enjoy. [Note: these book trailers are usually from YouTube and may not be accessible in the school environment.]

More About the Book

About the Author

If you believe the surveys, Robert Scott Kelly has the best day job in the world. He's a freelance travel writer whose work has taken him from the Arctic Circle to the Tibetan Plateau. But these days Robert's not sure which he'd rather do: head off to explore some far flung corner of the globe, or stay indoors and spin stories for kids. Either way, it's an adventure.

An Army of a's by Author Robert Kelly

A for Apple? Nope, this "Ain't" that kind of story. This is the tale of a first letter who would do anything, anything, to be truly Number One. Though based on Robert Scott Kelly's comic-adventure children's novel, An Army of a's, this is NOT a trailer, but a re-interpretation of the main story. And don't worry. It really doesn't give everything away.

Author Robert Kelly wanted to make more that just a trailer.
And in doing so he has helped the reader get into the heart of the story. I was quite impressed with both his trailer and his approach. I have found that with my students, they actually want to get involved with the story and that takes more than the teaser approach.

Kelly also wanted to have fun and create something that parents could share with their kids, kids with other kids and teachers with their students. An Army of a's is a mid-grade novel that explores themes such as bullying, identity and fear of being different. Of course , as Kelly explains, " at its heart it's a comic-adventure."
